We First Webinar Part 1: The Most Costly Mistakes Brands Make in Their Storytelling and How to Fix Them
Each year the We First Brand Leadership Summit brings together some of the smartest and most experienced marketing minds that work at the intersection between brand growth and social impact. This year is no exception. We’re excited to announce that Aaron Sherinian, Chief Communications and Marketing Officer for the UN Foundation will be speaking at the Summit on October 6-7 at the W Hollywood.
Aaron Sherinian brings to the Summit a professional background that includes a decade of experience as a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State and various communications and marketing leadership roles. He has led the UN Foundation’s public relations efforts, media relationships, strategic outreach, and online presence since 2009, managing an award-winning team of communicators and digital pioneers who believe that innovative communication can help change the world.
Aaron has helped build some of the most talked about milestones in digital global engagement around causes and UN issues over the last few years including the Social Good Summit, #GivingTuesday, Rio+Social and the Momentum1000 global social media rally. As a jury member of the 2015 Cannes Advertising Festival’s Grand Prix for Good, he will also be sharing his insights from judging the very best creative projects from the global non-profit, charity and cause community.
The Summit makes its own important contribution to social impact as every attendee gets to invite their favorite non-profits for free, and thanks to the participation of attendees the summit has been able to support over 200 non-profit with free training in best practices over the last 4 years.
The focus of this year’s Summit is ‘How brands lead conversations that shape culture and grow business.’ It’s a 2-day, hands-on training event where every attendee works through a Social Branding Blueprint specific to their brand so they walk out with real value in their hands. (You can watch a video of last year’s event here.)
If you are interested in benefiting from Aaron’s expertise and insights, in creating a marketing 2016 roadmap for your brand based on global best practices, and in making a meaningful contribution through your own non-profit guest, visit WeFirst15.com to get your individual or group tickets. Seats are limited to 200 attendees and the event sells out each year.
