How Big Brands Incubate Start-Ups Doing Good
There were many great strides made this year in terms of business as a force for good. Whether it’s the COP21 agreement between 200+ nations around climate change, the U.N.’s Sustainable Development Goals or the rise of new philanthropy spearheaded by Mark Zuckerberg and Howard Buffett Jr. Business as a force for change is gaining momentum at a time that it’s needed most. Only when brands choose to work together to address the social crises that affect us all, will we be able to meet the challenges we face with equal force. As such, it’s important to celebrate each step – however small – in that direction, as they all serve as permission slips for more companies, start-ups and entrepreneurs to do the same. With this in mind here’s a look back at the top ten posts of 2015 that explored this growing trend.
